FuelForm Drive Terms of Service
Last updated: [publication date]
These terms are an agreement between you and [FuelForm legal entity name] ("FuelForm", "we") for using FuelForm Drive (the "app").
1. Who can use it
You must be 16 or older and able to agree to these terms. One account per person; keep your password to yourself.
2. Drive safely and legally
- Obey traffic laws and road conditions. Directions, hazard and camera alerts, traffic and closures can be wrong, late or missing. You are responsible for how you drive.
- Don't interact with the app while driving except through voice and glanceable guidance. Set routes before you drive.
- Low Mode, bump, scrape and camera information is best effort, built from OpenStreetMap, government feeds and other drivers. It won't catch every hazard.
- FuelForm Drive has no speed rankings and doesn't reward speed. Don't use it to organise street racing, speed contests or any illegal driving. We'll remove crews, meets and accounts that do.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add (drives, photos, crest designs, meet details). You give us permission to store and display it to the people you choose, only to run the app. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
4. Crews and meets
Crew owners and admins manage their crews. Meets must be lawful and safe; we may remove meets or crews that encourage illegal activity, harassment, or danger to others. Attending a meet is your own decision and risk.
5. Things you must not do
Harass, threaten or stalk anyone; use someone's location against them; impersonate others; upload illegal or infringing content; scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the app's security or privacy controls; or use the app for law enforcement surveillance of other users.
6. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. That includes harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, content involving minors, graphic violence, doxxing or sharing someone's location without consent, and promoting street racing or other illegal driving.
- Report any user, crew, meet or road report from its page. Block a user to stop them seeing or contacting you.
- Our moderators review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or ban the accounts responsible, without notice where the harm is serious.
- Names, crew names and other text are checked automatically for abusive language before they're published.
7. Third-party data and services
Maps and routing use OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Traffic is from TomTom, closures from Caltrans, 511.org, 511 Ontario and US DOT WZDx, search from Geoapify. Their terms and attributions apply to their data.
8. Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is". Features may change, and service may be interrupted. We'll give notice in the app before material changes to these terms.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or at https://api.drive.fuelformofficial.com/delete-account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, FuelForm isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for accidents, fines or damage arising from driving or from inaccurate map, route, hazard, camera or traffic information. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [State of California / Province of Ontario]. [Dispute resolution clause — to be decided with counsel.]
