Email support@fuelformofficial.com and we'll reply within two business days. Include the email address on your account and, if something broke, what you were doing and your phone model.

Common questions

• Drives aren't recording on their own. Open Profile → Tracking. On iPhone, set Location to *Always*; on Android, keep the "Recording drives" notification on and don't put the app in battery-restricted mode.
• Someone is bothering me. Open their profile, crew or meet and tap Report or Block. Blocked people can't see you or contact you. Our moderators review reports within 24 hours.
• I want to hide my home. Profile → Privacy → Privacy zones. Ghost Mode (on by default) hides your live position from everyone.
• I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap *Forgot password* and we'll email you a code.
• Delete my account. See Delete your account.

Safety

Set your route before you drive and keep your eyes on the road. Report a safety problem with another user from their profile, or email us.
